This is a pot of petunias that are growing on our back porch. I love petunias because they are easy to care for, grow quickly, and can stand the Texas heat. :)

Last night we went to an exclusive sneak preview of Ratatouille, the new Pixar movie. It was absolutely WONDERFUL! Very funny story, wonderful dialogue, really enjoyable for adults AND kids. Patton Oswalt (voice of Remy the rat) and Janeane Garofalo (voice of Colette) were actually there and got up on stage for a Q&A after the show. So cool! (go to the movie website linked above and watch the 9-minute preview and video clips) The actual movie will be released on June 29th.

Doesn't this look yummy?
Saw this recipe on Martha Stewart's website - French Toast Kabobs.
I love fun breakfast recipes.

I picked up this book at Barnes and Noble this weekend
and it is SO gorgeous and inspiring.
It's not new...just new to me.
I could sit and stare at the photos all day.

Have a blessed day!

Glad to hear the movie was kid-appropriate. I'm looking forward to taking the kids to it. As for the actor Q&A afterwards... so cool! And those french toast kabobs look delish!
