Summer in my house!

Remember my half bathroom that I redecorate all the time? Well, I just redid it in the most fun, summery colors - lime green, sunny yellow, and orange! It's so much fun :) Noah just loves it and I know it will be fun to have up all summer. If you click on the photo, it will take you to the other photos and a description of everything I used. Scrapbooking papers are a great starter for redecorating! :)

We're having my nephew's 2nd birthday party over here today, so I just finished cleaning up. Noah and I are sitting here on the couch watching Napoleon Dynamite. Love watching that with him :) We got the special edition 2-disc DVD that just came out...it's a hoot! Lots of documentaries, outtakes, deleted scenes. Flippin' sweet!

I haven't shared a recipe in a while so I thought I'd do that today. I've made Rachael Ray's Halibut Fish Tacos with Guacamole Sauce twice in the last few weeks and they are DELICIOUS! I use thin corn tortillas instead of flour, shredded cabbage instead of lettuce, and tilapia instead of halibut. (cheaper!) I make them inside on a grill pan. So yummy for a light summer lunch or dinner. :)

Have a wonderful weekend!
Blessings,
Jennifer

Hi Jennifer! I just caught up reading your blog. My stupid dial-up takes forever so I don't check it like I want to.

You make me laugh and cry and be glad to be your friend. Love your quote today! (and every day)

Love you!
