Isn't this paper gorgeous? This is Heather Bailey's new paper line from her beautiful Fresh Cut fabrics. I ordered some today and am going to see if it works for a project I have in mind. Absolutely love it!
Today I worked in the front room that used to be my scrapbooking room. I cleaned out the large wooden desk/hutch, took photos of it, and posted it on craigslist. 15 minutes and it was sold. That is so cool! Can't wait to get that room done and turned into a library. I hope to have it done by Father's Day. I think a new chair in there would be a neat Father's Day present for David. We'll see...
My new blog banner is part of a digital kit by Rhonna Farrer. She is SO talented! It's part of the Urban Junque borders set. I got the journalers, too. Steph, you know you want them.

I've been in a smoothie mood lately, so I'm going to try this one!
Barefoot Contessa's Orange Banana Smoothie
1 1/2 c. freshly squeezed OJ (4 oranges) *I think good OJ would be just fine to use.
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 c. strawberries, tops removed and cut in 1/2 (can use frozen to make it thicker)
1 to 1 1/2 ripe bananas
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Can refrigerate until cold.

I love your new banner. It is so you!!! Rhonna does do nice work, doesn't she. Can't wait to get her book - if it EVER comes out. What fun that Heather is now producing Paper. I will have to get some of that too.

Love the new banner, but I have a question. What template are you using and how to you upload your own banner? (Yes, that was 2 questions, I know...)
