Good morning!

Aren't these ornaments beautiful? They are new this year from Pottery Barn - mercury ornaments. I love how they aren't shiny silver, but a dulled-vintage look. I wish they weren't so expensive. I guess that just means that they'll have knock offs at Target, huh? :)

Today is just the PERFECT weather outside. There is a steady rain, a strong breeze, and the temperature isn't getting out of the 50's! Considering it was almost 90 yesterday, this is a welcome change. I am really looking forward to going outside later with a light jacket on!

Thank you for all the nice compliments on my Countdown to Christmas Advent Calendar kit that I created. It should be up at the store this week, so go by and see it if you live in the Boston area!

And since I've been working on Christmas projects lately, I've been listening to Christmas music to put me in the mood. This cool weather helps, too! I made an Imix on Itunes of my favorite Christmas music - you can see it HERE and purchase any of the songs you like. (click on any song for a preview, too!)

This weather makes me want to put a big pot of soup on the stove.
And I have a cold right now, so soup is comforting.
I think this one looks so good...

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
Sort of a tomatoey, spicy chicken soup with tortilla chips and cheese on top. Yum.

New 80's video over there. Enjoy! ~~~>

I saw those ornaments and was totally drooling over them as well! Just wanted to pop in, say hello & send good vibes that you're getting all good & ready for Silver Bella! You'd be proud of me, I finished my ATCs last night and am beginning to brain storm for my White Christmas Table Top Album pages. Wish me luck!!!

Jennifer, I thought of you last night when I was in my Target. They started to put the Christmas stuff out in the home decor area and I saw 2 big mercury glass candlesticks and a really neat big tree! I bet you're right that there will be ornaments too, a la Pottery Barn. :)
