And I picked up this little orange velvet birdie at Uncommon Objects today. He's now perched on top of my silver clip on desk lamp.

Hey, Austin friends! who would be interested in an all-day crop and trip to south Congress to eat lunch and junk shop? I'm thinking of having one at my house in July.
Oh, BLACKBERRIES are in season and very cheap right now. (I'm talking the fruit...not the electronic device) Get some and make a cobbler or some muffins! I bought 5 pints today and my nephew ate an entire pint in 5 minutes. :D

If you were on SoCo around 1pm on Tuesday, that scary white Suburban screeching into Hill Country Weavers was me. Yep, went to my crack house again for a fix of yarn. So now I'm tweaking! squeeeee!

Oh, I wish we were still close to Austin, I would definitely come for a crop and shop! :-) Love that basket, BTW, such a great place for storing ink.
