Another post for today :)

I just got finished hanging the curtains in my new Creative Area.
That sounds better than Scrapbook Room, I think.
Just being silly...

Ok, so I wanted plain antique white sheer curtains, hung very simply.
I just got some plain antique white sheers....$20 for the pair at Target.
Then I bought two large pearl/rhinestone/silver Buckles at Walmart in the
sewing department. They are about 3" in diameter.....$6 each.
The back of each buckle has two flat loops, like a regular belt buckle.
I just folded and gathered one end of the curtain, pulled the end of the curtain up thru the loops on the buckle, then hung the buckle on a picture hanger on the wall next to the window.

It worked beautifully and was a lot cheaper than buying curtain rods or actual "curtain" accessories.
I just love them....and the wind can blow thru them in that big window. :)

Oh...and that chair is one of my favorite things.
I got it at a little shop and it was $20. It's old and has an avocado green velvet seat.
It's just for looks. :)

Have a good day!

I LOVE the curtain clips you used....so fancy looking and I can't believe they were only $6!! Very creative. I also like the Creative Area title instead of scrapping space.
