Good morning! Yo, Shaunte.....here's your update. :P

I have nothing to talk about really, so thought I'd just post some random things.

This is my favorite commerical right now. I laugh outloud EVERY time I see it.

We were on an online store's design team together back in the day
and she is one of the funniest people I know.
Oh, and she's famous. In the scrapbook world she's known just by "Shaunte."

Shaunte's gonna kill me after this blog entry.
I just like saying "Shaunte." It sounds so....like it should have an accent over the e.

And here's a recipe I haven't tried yet, but it sure does sound GOOD! :)

Shaunte's Orange Chicken

2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken
2 eggs
1 c. cornstarch

Beat the eggs, dip chicken in eggs, and then roll in cornstarch.
Brown in skillet. Place in baking dish.
Cover with sauce:

1/2 c. wine vinegar
4T ketchup
2 heaping T orange juice concentrate
1 T soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Bring all ingredients to a boil, and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Cover 30 minutes and then uncover for the last 15 minutes to thicken.
