After dropping Noah off at Vacation Bible School this morning, I went to run errands. Sitting at a light, I was behind this truck. Ok, I know I picked it apart...but come on. And most people probably wouldn't even notice these errors because the ad is on the back of a truck....and usually moving. Being forced to stare at it for a few minutes, however, led me to snap a photo of it. Couldn't help it! Does stuff like this bug anyone else? :D

And how about this one? This place is the "Academy of Cosmetology" and yes, it's open. Would you get your hair cut here? Or get your degree from here? Just strange...

And here are a few inspirational shots I took today while I was out and about.

LOVE finding colorful aisles and displays in Target, especially the napkin aisle!
Some of those t-shirts are a hoot. :) I saw lots of patterns in kids' clothes and bathing suits that are similar to scrapbooking trends right now. And I love all of these bracelets!

Have a great Friday! :)

LOL :)
the advt. on the back of the truck just screams- MAN... to me. hate to sound mean, but at the same time my DH would probably do that... but think clearly before hand and get me to proof read on paper etc... LOL oh and it's all good because if I had to advertise my math skills in public or something people would probably be picking me apart too! haaaa!
i have noticed all the scrap/ clothing etc.. trends are so similar too.

OMG, the ad on that truck was horrible! I'd have noticed it right away. Of course, that's an occupational hazard of mine.

THANK YOU for noting the idiocy in advertising in the first two picture. Some days I feel like I'm the only one fighting the good fight on that one! (I've put together PowerPoint presentations for my students where their assignment is to mark down the mistakes in the pictures I've taken of local signboards. :-D)

Whew! Thanks for getting that gripe off my chest! ;-)

Jen - No, you certainly are not the only one who picks apart ads and signs that way. My favorite was a sign for "ladie's clothing." Where in the WORLD does THAT come from? Lovin' all your Target pix, too. :)
