I like your glitter stash. It's real big.

No lie. I have 12 pounds of glitter in my guest room, waiting to be packed into kits for the INSPIRED. Artist Workshop. Twelve.
And almost 1,000 bottles.
Over 500 yards of ribbon.
And hundreds of plastic bags, scalloped chipboard pieces, and old metal keys. And
More arrives every day and can I tell you how FUN it is?
I am so flipping excited about teaching at this event and Donna is working her tail off to make it just incredible. And keeping her sense of humor, too. I don't think she sleeps. :)

We are officially a rocker family. We bought Guitar Hero III for our Wii tonight. Now we can stop leeching off of my sister and her family to play it. :) It's FUN! But I think if Noah plays Barracuda (by Heart) one more time, I'll scream into a pillow. I played a mean Sunshine of Your Love by Cream. Well, on the easy setting.

Friday night we had homemade pizza night and it was SO good. Here's the semi-recipe we used:

BBQ Chicken Pizzas
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, diced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can of pineapple slices, drained
1 jar good BBQ sauce (I used KC Masterpiece since it's thick and dark)
Mozzarella cheese
cilantro
Boboli pizza crusts (a large one or 4 small)

Cook the onion slices in a little bit of butter/olive oil mix in a pan until soft and turning brown. Add garlic and cook one more minute. Remove most of the onion/garlic mixture and set aside in a bowl. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until browning. (add more oil, if needed) On a grill pan, grill the pineapple slices until lightly grilled/browned on both sides. Set aside on a plate. Cover pizza crusts with the BBQ sauce. Add chicken, onions, pineapple slices, and cheese. Bake according to pizza crust directions on package. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cilantro.

How about a little Napoleon? (I need to watch that again)
Here he is, making an appearance on David Letterman's Top Ten List. The best parts are his little "side comments." Tater tots rule.

Have a wonderful Sunday!

Woah! I'd love to see what 12 lbs of glitter goodness looks like! You've been a busy busy girl. I giggled about your Guitar Hero comment & hearing the same song over....and over....and over. I can SO relate.

Thanks for making me laugh this morning - mad dance skills from Napoleon! Congratulations on the Wii! My nephew has one and I have almost been banned from playing when I'm over there - let's just say that my 'competitive nature' gets the best of me sometimes... Have a great day!
