Happy Friday!

I think yellow is making a big splash right now in the scrapbooking world. I see more of it lately...and I love it. It's a happy color. :) This photo is one I just took this morning after I had watered my flowers. These are some gerbera daisies I planted in a pot on the porch. I've never been able to grow these since my backyard is so shady, but on the sunny porch in a pot these grow beautifully.

I'm keeping my niece and nephew today and Noah is having a ball with them. Jane is 4 and Drew is almost 3. Jane is the ONLY granddaughter, so she's ultra-prissy. :) Noah thinks it's hilarious that she acts scared if he growls at her or "puts her in the dungeon." (He's having fun with the whole save the princess idea today) Here are some photos I took of them playing outside:

Cutie-pie Drew...he is SO photogenic (and they BOTH have the family curly hair)

Noah and Jane, as he's attempting to "capture" her:

Noah and Jane again :)

NOTE: All 15 of the extra Shabby Chic House class kits are gone. Thank you!

Here's a quick photo of a small antique silver/crystal cake stand in my scrapbook room.
I have some Foofala buttons, sequins, and little beads in it.
It's just pretty. :)

Tomorrow is Noah's Bowling Birthday Party with his friends and he can't wait!

Have a blessed weekend!

It looks like fun is being had by all! Love that picture of Noah with the scowl on his face - it just makes me laugh.

Yellow IS a happy color. And gerbera daisies are HAPPY FLOWERS. I love them because they are great for cutting and bringing inside!
