THANK YOU to everyone who has emailed me to check up on me! Such sweet friends I have :) I am fine...just very, very busy. We have been helping my Mom move all week/last weekend. Packing, taping, throwing out, carrying.....I am so sick of cardboard boxes I could scream! :) Tonight we will get the last few things out of her old house and be DONE. 37 years worth of stuff....sifted thru and packed in 2 weeks.
I'm going to do a regular long, rambling blog post tonight with a recipe, too :) Ciao for now!

Whew! I'm happy to hear that you are "just busy" and that everything is okay. I'm sure it is a monumental task getting your mom moved. Best of luck with that.
