Boy Humor :)

Lately Noah has shown another sign that YES, he is a boy. He and his cousin, Luke, think that anything to do with bodily functions or noises is HILARIOUS. So, they spend time in the car laughing their heads off while using the word "poop" in as many sentences as possible.

Underwear on the head is always good for a laugh.

And I am convinced that a MALE invented flarp, a green goop that when pressed down the right way in it's jar emits a joyous "fart" sound. Hours of entertainment for these two, I tell ya! :)

I'm off to get my hair cut and colored...so I'll look like my profile picture again, HA.

I have to remind myself DAILY that boys will be boys, kids will be kids, as they giggle and tease over body functions every chance they get! WHY do they do this? My husband says, "because it's funny." It's a man thing, a boy thing... the body function humor. I'll never get it! Cute pix!

Bwa-ha-ha-ha! It doesn't get better as they get over, either. My older ds and his friends *still* think that bodily functions and noises are the most hilarious thing in the world.... ;)

I can totally relate, my nephew is totally like this and he is 15! LOL, and I am sure my son will be like this as he gets older as well. :)

oh yes ... these are all signs that you've been infested with BOYness for the next 18 years. I went away for the weekend last month and when I got home we were sitting around the table eating and my five-year-old let one rip. He belly laughed, looked at my dh, and said, "good one, right dad?" dh had to say, "um, we don't do that when mom's home." I have a feeling they loved their 36 hours of freedom! lol Funny how having a boy makes you want to be a little more girl, isn't it? ;o)

LOL Jennifer......kids will be kids :) Have fun getting your hair done. I badly need to do mine, but my hair stylist moved to Chicago, so I'm on the search for a new one.

Hugs,

ROFL . . . yep, they have the boy thing going on. DH was laughing because last week, Ian was blowing his straw wrapper off his straw at the dinner table and I actually said to him "Don't do that at the dinner table. Save that for the lunch table with your friends!" Andy said I had to be one of the few moms that would actually say that. . .but come on, boys are going to be boys! Like he wasn't going to do stuff like that at school.

Tehehe . . .just wait until you have your first slumber party with 10 boys. Now that's an interesting experience.

You are too funny! I love a good poop/fart joke or story any day. And I love that your boys love the word 'poop'.

My students love that Flarp stuff! The only day of the year it is allowed is the last day before Christmas vacation because they usually give it to each other as gifts. Gross, but better than the real thing.

LOL...what is it with boys and underwear on their heads? It must just be in their genes. LOL! Boys are definitely interesting...fun....exhausting and very spontaneous. It makes me tired just thinking about it. LOL!

Oh yeah... he's a boy alright. Sorry to tell you that it only gets worse. Unfortunately, thus far, I am unable to say that it eventually gets better because that I haven't yet seen.
