I didn't take it as you being mean but just describing the concert. And I think some people enjoy the attention that dressing or acting certain ways brings to them. I never mentioned anything that she couldn't do anything about...they were all choices she made to have the "80's rocker girl" appearance. Heck, I myself had the mullet haircut, tons of eyeliner and a fanny pack in the 80's! The whole reason I mentioned the details was to give a visual description...no other reason. My best friend in the world would LAUGH if I described her as having a mullet, fanny pack and tons of eyeliner because SHE did, too. :)

And I responded to you to be cordial, not to defend myself. :)

JenniferJennifer Stewarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13621897835653736435noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14098850.post-86616879728644310102007-03-09T13:45:00.000-06:002007-03-09T13:45:00.000-06:00"Oh come ON, Susan. I see that isn't the case at all, in fact you seem proud of yourself.

I don't think that you would like it very much if someone made fun of the way that you look or the way that you dress would you? Would it be funny if someone posted about your child and said something about his clothes?

I just don't understand how someone that professes to be Christian could be so...mean. It struck me as very strange to see someone ripping into someone else, then invoking God's name.

Anyway, it's your blog and you are free to make fun of people until the cows come home. I just wasn't raised that way. {{shrugs}}Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14098850.post-54866371133771538722007-03-09T13:26:00.000-06:002007-03-09T13:26:00.000-06:00Oh come ON, Susan. I guess sort of like telling a blonde joke without mentioning the chick was blonde...you need the details. :)

I do not make fun of people and I'm sorry you took it that way.

JenniferJennifer Stewarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13621897835653736435noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14098850.post-18824243689602106922007-03-09T13:16:00.000-06:002007-03-09T13:16:00.000-06:00"There was this chick there with a long mullet/80'..."There was this chick there with a long mullet/80's female rocker hair, a huge fanny pack, and a tube of eyeliner on that kept dancing in the aisle, obviously thinking we all WANTED her to do that.
